The ES-002 Core is a compact centering stabilizer designed to correct record eccentricity and improve rotational accuracy during vinyl playback. It uses a precision-machined aluminum body with a brass bottom plate, weighing 540g to ensure stable placement without putting excessive load on the spindle. It operates on two AA batteries and includes basic adjustment tools such as a screwdriver and a reamer. A dedicated carrying case is not included so the model remains cost-efficient while maintaining performance.
Features:
The ES-002 Core provides the same measurement accuracy and centering function as the ES-002 Reference model but uses brass and lightweight resin components internally to reduce cost while maintaining identical performance. By detecting and correcting off-center records, it significantly reduces wow & flutter, stabilizes pitch, and minimizes tonearm oscillation. This improves tonal clarity, stereo imaging, and overall playback accuracy. Operation is simple: Measure → Adjust → Restart.
