Description
The Kuzma Stogi Ref 313 is an extraordinary 12-inch gimbal tonearm that combines the minimal tracking distortion of an extended armtube with a unique, ultra-rigid detachable headshell. Machined from solid aluminum and brass blocks, its internally damped conical armtube features a proprietary hexagonal locking system that secures the removable headshell with the structural integrity of a fixed design. The vertical and horizontal bearing movement is driven by precision ceramic ball bearings (implemented in 2012) for ultra-low friction, whisper-quiet operation, and zero play under heavy loads. A silicone-submerged worm-drive mechanism allows micro-fine, repeatable azimuth adjustments via an Allen key without compromising structural rigidity. Complete with a decoupled brass counterweight, a massive mounting base, and continuous uninterrupted internal wiring from cartridge pins to high-quality RCA (or optional XLR/5-pin) connectors, the Stogi Ref 313 provides reference-grade tracking geometry, harmonic naturalness, and effortless cartridge swapping.
