Description
The Lampizator Poseidon is a high-performance tube digital-to-analog converter and analog preamplifier designed to deliver near-flagship performance at half the price of the Horizon. Built around Lampizator's proprietary Engine Twelve-X2 digital architecture, the Poseidon supports PCM up to 768 kHz and DSD512 through custom firmware-driven conversion. Its zero-feedback analog stage combines 6N1P conversion tubes with 6J5 driver tubes and a tube-rectified power supply, utilizing pure silver internal wiring and copper foil capacitors. Engineered as a true system hub, it features both single-ended and balanced digital/analog inputs, converting single-ended analog sources into fully balanced outputs. With its precision integrated volume control, zero-opamp topology, and CNC-milled chassis, the Poseidon serves as an uncompromising, direct-drive front end for high-end power amplifiers (Note: Poseidon-1 production is superseded by the Poseidon-2 revision featuring Engine12x2 and redesigned circuitry).
