The Kuzma PLATIS 54 and PLATIS 65 are high-performance passive isolation platforms designed to shield turntable systems and sensitive audio components from airborne and structure-borne micro-vibrations. Built upon a rigid base frame machined from solid aluminum with adjustable leveling feet, each platform utilizes a heavy-duty top supporting plate composed of a hard laminated composite reinforced with a solid aluminum layer. Isolating the top supporting plate from the lower frame is a specialized multi-layer damping system combining silicone and aluminum elements, specifically engineered to absorb and dissipate resonances within the critical audible frequency spectrum (as proven by DEWESOFT modal hammer vibration testing). Available in two dimensions—PLATIS 54 and the larger PLATIS 65 (or as a standalone replacement laminated top plate)—these platforms deliver dead-silent backgrounds, improved low-frequency articulation, and enhanced spatial clarity across high-end audio setups.
