Description
The LUMIN U2 MINI is a compact, transport-only network music streamer engineered to serve as a pure digital front-end for external D/A converters. Housed in an all-aluminum chassis featuring an anti-fingerprint surface finish derived from the LUMIN P1, it replaces internal conversion circuits with dedicated digital processing. Driven by LUMIN's high-speed hardware architecture with a quad native crystal clock system, it supports native playback up to DSD512 and PCM384. Its advanced processing engine enables flexible upsampling and downsampling across all supported formats to match any target DAC's sweet spot. With five digital audio output options—including USB, AES/EBU, BNC, coaxial RCA, and TOSLINK optical—the U2 MINI incorporates Leedh Processing for lossless digital volume control alongside native support for Roon Ready, TIDAL Connect, Qobuz, Spotify Connect, AirPlay, and MQA decoding.
