The Blumenhofer Acoustics Gioia 2x220 (formerly Corona 2x220) is a high-efficiency 2-way horn loudspeaker that masterfully blends unmatched structural compactness with a stunning richness of sound. To deliver maximum speed and transient authority, the harmonic, front-ported bass-reflex cabinet houses a unique horn-loaded bass construction utilizing two proprietary 220mm (8-inch) P2F woofers. The mid-high frequencies are handled by a powerful horn driven by a premium 1.4-inch titanium membrane compression driver, utilizing Blumenhofer's advanced waveformer technology. Fully time-aligned and engineered to be exceptionally tube-friendly, the Gioia 2x220 features gold-plated tellurium copper bi-wiring/bi-amping terminals and a switchable impedance linearization circuit, offering a breathtakingly dynamic and deeply immersive analog performance.
