The Étude is a 150W per channel Class AB stereo power amplifier in Chord Electronics' Choral range, designed to complement the DAVE DAC. Utilizing aerospace-derived dual-feedforward and multi-feedback error-correction topology, it continuously optimizes the linearity of custom 250W lateral MOSFETs. It features three independent high-frequency switch-mode power supplies, active plenum chamber cooling, internal shielding, and balanced XLR/unbalanced RCA inputs. The amplifier can also be bridged into mono mode to deliver 300W into 4 Ohms.
