Every critical component of this second generation has been re-engineered to achieve greater depth, speed, and neutrality. The midrange and upper frequencies are handled by a custom Norwegian Seas driver featuring a specialized phase plug, which eliminates resonances and provides a remarkably faithful and spacious vocal reproduction. This is paired with a high-performance woofer that ensures a dynamic and versatile low-end response. By positioning the drivers closer together, Pylon Audio has created a highly consistent sound source that remains stable regardless of listening height. The high-frequency spectrum is entrusted to an updated Scan-Speak neodymium tweeter with a dual resonance chamber, delivering exceptional microdynamics and clarity. The resonance-resistant cabinet, featuring a steeper tilt for perfect time alignment and internal damping with natural sheep’s wool, ensures a pure and engaging musical experience within a timeless, minimalistic design.
