Based on the acclaimed architecture of the 745 SACD player, this reference DAC captures every shred of digital data and translates it flawlessly into the analog domain. At its core, a powerful SHARC DSP executes ultra-precise 8x oversampling (up to 384 kHz) using Anagram Technologies algorithms, routing the signal to Burr-Brown DACs configured in a symmetrical dual-mono layout. A standout feature is soulution's innovative Zero-Phase-Technology, which utilizes an analog 3rd-order Bessel filter alongside digital compensation to reduce phase shift to under 1° within the 20 Hz to 100 kHz range, unlocking a breathtakingly realistic, three-dimensional soundstage with boundless "air" around performers. Jitter is completely eradicated by custom-developed TCXO master clocks operating on their 3rd overtone at 100 MHz, prioritizing ultra-low phase noise over standard long-term frequency stability. Backed by an ultra-wideband 40 MHz output stage of preamplifier quality, an integrated digital volume control, and a massive power supply boasting over 500,000 µF of storage capacitance fed through solid bus bars, the soulution 760 redefines state-of-the-art digital playback.
