Description
The soulution 560 D/A-Converter is a masterclass in digital audio restoration, built upon the strict "no deletions, no additions" philosophy inherited from the flagship Series 7. Recognizing that no amplifier or loudspeaker can compensate for what is lost at the source, the 560 captures raw digital data and translates it into the analog domain with immaculate accuracy. Incoming signals are buffered and upsampled to 24-bit/384 kHz utilizing highly regarded Anagram Technologies algorithms, then routed to Burr-Brown converters in a symmetrical dual-mono configuration. A hallmark of soulution engineering, the innovative Zero-Phase-Technology eliminates the subtle timing errors and phase shifts inherent in traditional analog low-pass filters, keeping phase error below an astonishing 1° from 20 Hz to 100 kHz. This creates a breathtakingly organic, three-dimensional stage with incredible definition and "air" around voices and instruments. Equipped with a wideband 20 MHz output stage of preamplifier quality and an integrated digital volume control for direct power amplifier connection, the soulution 560 delivers pristine musical transparency.
