Description
The MOON 260DT is a dedicated high-performance CD transport designed exclusively for bit-perfect digital playback from compact discs. Its internal CD drive mechanism is decoupled using MOON’s M-Quattro gel-based four-point suspension to eliminate physical resonances, internal mechanical vibration, and unwanted acoustic feedback. To preserve complete digital signal purity and timing accuracy, the 260DT outputs digital audio directly to an external digital-to-analog converter via S/PDIF (RCA) and AES/EBU (XLR) digital outputs. Featuring a low-resonance chassis, oversized power supply, and integrated SimLink™ communication capabilities, the 260DT serves as a stable, ultra-precise disc transport for high-resolution audio systems.
