Description
Compact stereo radio system with internet radio, DAB/DAB+ tuner and streaming via WLAN and Bluetooth
The Loewe klang s1 is a compact smart radio system that combines an internet radio, FM and DAB/DAB+ tuner with active stereo reproduction in a single enclosure. The total music power of 80 W covers radio stations, podcasts and streamed playlists without the need for an external amplifier. The integrated WLAN and Bluetooth interface allows playback from services such as Spotify Connect, Amazon Music or Deezer.
The design is based on an all-aluminium brushed chassis, which adds mechanical rigidity to the cabinet and limits unwanted panel resonances. Operation is handled by a backlit rotary control and a 3.2" colour display, complemented by the supplied remote control and the Loewe radio app for control from a mobile device. The space-saving format allows placement in the living room, study or kitchen.
The two-channel layout with digital signal processing maintains a balanced presentation across all sources — from spoken-word programmes and podcasts, where midrange intelligibility is decisive, to music streams that call for a solid bass foundation. Reception via DAB/DAB+ and internet streaming eliminates the noise of analogue reception and preserves detail resolution even at lower volume levels. The result is a stable stereo image within a compact format.
