Operating in pure Class A with an autobias triple-load push-pull circuit, the MkII version expands pentode compatibility to include KT150 tubes alongside KT120, KT90, KT88, 6550, and EL34 options (internal modification required when switching between tube types). Its phase-inverter and driver stages utilize double triodes (ECC82 and ECC83), supported by an oversized power transformer, high-capacity voltage filtration, and AC filament heating with noise-reduction balancing.
