Description

The Pass Labs XP-27 is a reference-grade two-chassis phono preamplifier engineered to extract maximum analog resolution and dynamic contrast from high-performance turntables. Featuring a dual-chassis layout that physically isolates the sensitive equalization and gain stages from power supply interference, it achieves an extraordinarily low noise floor and precise RIAA accuracy within ±0.1 dB across the 20 Hz to 20 kHz spectrum. With two independent input channels and switchable gain settings of 56 dB, 66 dB, and 76 dB, it offers precise matching for both Moving Magnet and Moving Coil cartridges. Weighing 45 lbs across its two chassis and drawing 50 Watts, the XP-27 sets an exceptionally quiet, spatially detailed benchmark for high-end vinyl playback.
