97-inch OLED TV with a WOLED MLA panel, dr+ system and an integrated 300 W soundbar

The Loewe stellar 97 is a 97-inch Ultra HD OLED television conceived for large-format home cinema, where the screen becomes the dominant element of the room. The picture is delivered by a WOLED MLA (Micro Lens Array) panel with META technology, developed and manufactured exclusively for Loewe, which pushes peak brightness and contrast beyond the level of conventional OLED designs. The TV is pre-calibrated at the factory and supports HDR10, HDR10+ Adaptive and HLG, including automatic picture optimisation according to room lighting.

The construction is based on all-aluminium workmanship – a brushed, diamond-cut aluminium display frame is complemented by an aluminium rear enclosure, with the entire set built in Germany. Signal processing is handled by a premium MTK 4K chipset with AI picture processing, which takes care of upscaling and scene-by-scene optimisation. Part of the design is the integrated Loewe magic.light LED strip, adjustable in colour, brightness, saturation and animation duration, or switchable off entirely.

The SL9 system running the Loewe os9 operating system works with the Loewe dual channel dr+ solution, combining dual triple DVB-T2/C/S2 HD tuners and 1 TB SSD storage. Silent recording with no mechanical parts allows timeshift, parallel recording of several programmes and archiving; scheduling is done via the EPG, and a discreetly integrated CI-CAM slot expands reception options. Four HDMI 2.1 ports with eARC, ALLM and VRR at 4K/144 Hz cover latest-generation console gaming, while networking is rounded out by DLNA, Miracast and Apple AirPlay along with pre-installed VoD apps.

Sound reproduction is handled by an integrated soundbar with Dolby Atmos decoding and a total output of 300 W, hidden behind black acoustic fabric. Quality drivers deliver articulate highs and deep bass with ample headroom for a large space, so dialogue stays intelligible even at higher levels. A centre-channel input (Center-In) and an RCA audio input allow the TV to be integrated into a multichannel setup, where it takes on the role of the centre speaker – a solution that, with a 97-inch diagonal, contributes to precise localisation of voices right within the image.
