The HiFi Stay Stella 80 Double Swing is an anti-vibration isolation footer designed to eliminate resonances under loudspeakers, amplifiers and audio racks. At the heart of the design is the Double Swing dual swinging system with a three-level layered structure, each level housing three zirconia ceramic balls. These allow natural movement and damping of vibrations without transmitting them back into the component.

The construction is made of high-density stainless steel, whose mass is 2.5 times higher than that of aluminium. The footer consists of a main body, spike base, ceramic balls, rolling base and guide ring, which together form a closed vibration control system. The pyramid shape with a low centre of gravity contributes to high rigidity and stability; a single piece is rated for 10–50 kg with a maximum load capacity of 100 kg. The height ranges from 22–29 mm at a diameter of 80 mm.

Draining mechanical energy away from the component's chassis reduces the smearing caused by resonances, which translates into greater clarity of the midrange and its increased density. A more stable placement also supports more precise localisation of instruments and a quieter background to the reproduction. Interchangeable top adapters, including concave cups with no screwing required, allow the installation to be adapted to the specific shape of the device's feet.

The model belongs to the Galaxia product line of the South Korean brand Hifistay, which currently comprises six variants — Stella 55 and 60 Double Swing, Stella 80 Double and Triple Swing, Stella 100 and 130 Triple Swing. Within this line, the Stella 80 Double Swing is the best-selling choice and an easy-to-grasp entry point into the subject of vibration control.
