Diamond Series 2 is the new generation of Crystal Cable audio cables, building on the original Diamond Series and taking it to a higher technical and sonic level. It is founded on years of in-house research and development, reflected in the work on conductor metallurgy, conductor construction, shielding and insulation. The result is a range that combines a compact design with an attractive price-to-performance ratio.
The technical know-how comes from the development of the flagship Art Series, where material and construction solutions were tested regardless of cost. This knowledge was then transferred into the entry-level series so that the key design principles were retained. It is precisely the combination of proven conductor geometry and refined shielding that defines the character of the entire range.
Meticulous work with the insulation system and shielding reduces external interference and contributes to a cleaner signal transfer throughout the chain. In terms of reproduction, this means a quieter background, clearer resolution of detail and a more stable placement of instruments within the stereo image. Diamond Series 2 thus brings the technologies of the higher Crystal Cable ranges to mid-tier systems.

Crystal Cable
The Dutch company Crystal Cable has been manufacturing top-quality cables since 2004. It is led by Gabi van der Kleij-Rijnveld, and the brand was established as a sister company to the renowned manufacturer Siltech. Today, both companies share development and manufacturing facilities in the Dutch town of Elst, whilst each retains its own distinct character. Crystal Cable was founded following the development of a unique silver and gold alloy, which made it possible to create exceptionally thin, flexible and elegant cables. Their minimalist design need not be hidden behind furniture, yet they deliver sound quality that ranks amongst the very best in the world.
All Crystal Cable products are created with a single aim: to deliver a listening experience that comes as close as possible to a live concert. Silver and gold alloy conductors are complemented by multi-layer insulation and Kapton® shielding, which protect the signal from interference. The product range includes signal, speaker, power, digital, USB and network cables, as well as earthing bridges and cables for headphones and portable devices. The company also develops its own speakers with great success. All products are designed in-house and handcrafted in Elste to strict standards, which is why they connect you to music like few others can.
