The Monet power cable is designed to connect hi-fi components to the mains, and its construction is built around the patented conductive material Infinite Crystal Silver (iCS), used for the signal conductors. It is a solution focused on the quality of current delivery in the power branch — the part of the chain that directly affects the operation of the power supplies in the connected devices.
The iCS material is characterised by optimal conductivity and an extremely low level of distortion. A conductor with such properties offers minimal resistance to the transmitted current and limits unwanted effects arising within the conductor itself, thereby contributing to cleaner power for the connected electronics.
The result of lower distortion in the power path is better intelligibility of fine musical information — the reproduction reveals more detail that would otherwise be lost. The cable thus works as a full-fledged link in the audio chain, not merely as a connection to the mains.

The Dutch company Crystal Cable has been manufacturing top-quality cables since 2004. It is led by Gabi van der Kleij-Rijnveld, and the brand was established as a sister company to the renowned manufacturer Siltech. Today, both companies share development and manufacturing facilities in the Dutch town of Elst, whilst each retains its own distinct character. Crystal Cable was founded following the development of a unique silver and gold alloy, which made it possible to create exceptionally thin, flexible and elegant cables. Their minimalist design need not be hidden behind furniture, yet they deliver sound quality that ranks amongst the very best in the world.
All Crystal Cable products are created with a single aim: to deliver a listening experience that comes as close as possible to a live concert. Silver and gold alloy conductors are complemented by multi-layer insulation and Kapton® shielding, which protect the signal from interference. The product range includes signal, speaker, power, digital, USB and network cables, as well as earthing bridges and cables for headphones and portable devices. The company also develops its own speakers with great success. All products are designed in-house and handcrafted in Elste to strict standards, which is why they connect you to music like few others can.
