Monet is an analogue interconnect designed to carry line-level signal between source and amplifier, built around the patented Infinite Crystal Silver (iCS) conductor. Silver with an exceptionally homogeneous crystal structure is used for both the signal and ground conductors, minimising the number of crystal boundaries at which distortion arises.
The high conductivity of silver combined with the conductor's construction contributes to a low level of distortion during signal transmission. In the XLR version, the ground conductors are implemented as silver-gold, reflecting the different arrangement of a balanced connection compared with an unbalanced one.
The result is more accurate transmission of low-level signal components: in playback this shows up as better legibility of fine detail, decays and spatial information that, with higher-distortion conductors, simply disappears into the background.

Crystal Cable
The Dutch company Crystal Cable has been manufacturing top-quality cables since 2004. It is led by Gabi van der Kleij-Rijnveld, and the brand was established as a sister company to the renowned manufacturer Siltech. Today, both companies share development and manufacturing facilities in the Dutch town of Elst, whilst each retains its own distinct character. Crystal Cable was founded following the development of a unique silver and gold alloy, which made it possible to create exceptionally thin, flexible and elegant cables.
