The Loewe klang sub1 is an active wireless subwoofer designed to supplement the low end of your television and expand it into a full-fledged 2.1 system. A total music power of 160 W provides ample headroom for dynamic movie passages as well as music playback, while signal transmission is handled by low-latency Bluetooth, so the sound stays in sync with the picture without running cables across the room.

The construction is based on a hexagonal 360-degree chassis covered in acoustic fabric and finished with lacquered acrylic glass. The balanced driver arrangement suppresses the transfer of unwanted vibrations into the surface beneath and makes it possible to achieve a deep bass response from a considerably smaller enclosure volume than conventional subwoofers require. The compact dimensions therefore place no limits on placement in smaller living spaces.

In terms of the resulting performance, adding a dedicated bass channel helps to unburden the TV's midrange, which improves dialogue intelligibility while also widening the dynamic range. Even radiation into the room reduces dependence on the exact listening position and delivers stable, full-bodied low frequencies without any boomy character.

Installation is plug-and-play, with a single setting in the menu. The subwoofer is ready for immediate use with Loewe televisions from the SL3 series upwards and with We. SEE models, but it can also be connected to televisions from other brands that are able to simultaneously output a variable audio signal.
