The Loewe klang bar5 mr & klang sub5 package is a 5.1.2-channel home cinema system supporting Dolby Atmos, Dolby Atmos Music and DTS:X, which delivers a three-dimensional sound field with a total output of 800 W. The soundbar itself works with 440 W of power and, in addition to native immersive formats, also handles Atmos Virtual and Virtual X, enabling surround reproduction even from sources without height channels.
The acoustic section of the soundbar consists of seven forward-firing drivers — four full-range and three tweeters — complemented by two rear channels with height drivers. The sense of space is created by combining direct radiation with reflections off the walls and ceiling, so the sound extends above the plane of the television and the localisation of effects in the upper layer of the mix improves.
The bass register is handled by the wireless klang sub5 subwoofer with 360 W of power. Its hexagonal cabinet houses two active 6-inch drivers and four passive radiators that mutually cancel mechanical forces — the result is response from 35 Hz without disturbing cabinet vibrations. The link to the soundbar is provided by lossless Wireless Digital Audiolink 2.0 technology with zero latency, so the bass stays time-aligned with the rest of the spectrum.
Source connection is covered by three HDMI inputs with 4K pass-through and an HDMI eARC interface, suitable for Ultra HD players, set-top boxes and games consoles, including Auto Remote Control Sync control synchronisation. Streaming runs via Apple AirPlay 2, Google Chromecast, DTS Play-Fi, Bluetooth, Spotify Connect, Tidal, Deezer and Roon, and the system can be expanded into a multiroom configuration with Loewe klang mr speakers.

Loewe
The German brand Loewe is one of the pioneers of consumer electronics. It was founded in Berlin in 1923 by brothers Siegmund and David Loewe, and as early as 1931 it publicly unveiled an electronic television at the Berlin Radio Exhibition.
