The American company Ayre Acoustics was founded in 1993 by Charles Hansen in Boulder, Colorado, where all its products are still manufactured today. Hansen led the company for 25 years, and his passion for the purity of music reproduction gave rise to equipment that made no compromises. Following his death in 2017, a team led by long-standing Technical Director Ariel Brown continues his legacy.
